This website is provided for general information about Kenny Cape West, including refrigeration and aircon call-out repairs, planned maintenance, cold-room work and related services across Cape Town, the Winelands and the West Coast. You may browse the site and submit an enquiry, but you must not use it in any way that is unlawful, abusive, or that could damage the site or interrupt access for other users.
You agree not to attempt unauthorised access, copy site content for misleading commercial use, or introduce any code, file or material that could affect the operation or security of the site. We reserve the right to limit access where necessary to protect our systems, staff and clients.
Service information, call-outs and quotations
The information on this site is general in nature and is intended to help you understand the services available from our Montague Gardens base and branch service areas such as Stellenbosch, Paarl, Malmesbury and Vredenburg. It does not amount to a binding quotation, technical assessment or guarantee of availability.
- Call-out work is subject to site conditions, access and technician availability.
- Maintenance contracts depend on the equipment type, service interval and site requirements.
- Cold-room and aircon work may require inspection before pricing can be confirmed.
Any estimate shared by email or phone remains valid only for the period stated in that communication. If materials, labour scope or compliance needs change, the price may also change.
Bookings, site conditions and client duties
When you request a service, you must provide accurate contact details, the site address, a clear description of the fault or requirement, and any access instructions needed for safe entry. This is important for emergency call-outs, especially where load-shedding, generator use, farm access or after-hours work may affect timing.
You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the equipment, including electrical isolation where required, and for advising us of any known hazards, permits, security controls or municipal restrictions that may apply on site. If the site is not ready when our technician arrives, we may need to reschedule and charge a call-out fee.
- Keep walkways, plant rooms and cold-room areas clear.
- Make sure a responsible person is available on site or by phone.
- Report any previous repairs, refrigerant loss, alarm faults or water leaks.
Payments, invoices and late settlement
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable in Rand within the period shown on the invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in interest, collection costs or suspension of further work, including maintenance visits and repeat call-outs.
Where a deposit is required for parts, labour or special-order items, work may only proceed once payment has cleared. Ownership of goods supplied may remain with Kenny Cape West until full payment is received. If a site visit is cancelled after attendance or materials have been ordered, reasonable charges may still apply.
Intellectual property and content use
All text, images, layout, logos, service descriptions and other content on this website belong to Kenny Cape West or are used with permission. You may view the content for personal or business reference, but you may not copy, republish, alter or distribute it without prior written consent.
If you send us drawings, photos, logs, meter readings or service records, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that doing so does not infringe another party’s rights. We may retain submitted information for service records, warranty support and contract administration.
Law, operator details and contact point
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or from a related service enquiry will be dealt with in the South African courts having jurisdiction over the matter.
