If you need help with a warm cold room, an aircon that is blowing poorly, or a unit that keeps tripping during load-shedding, send us an email with the details. We work from Montague Gardens and support shops, farms and other sites across Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Malmesbury and Vredenburg.
Please include the site address, equipment type, model if you have it, and what the fault looks like. That helps us plan the right technician and tools before we travel.
What to include in your message
A clear email lets us respond faster and reduces back-and-forth. If the job is urgent, say so at the top of the email and note any food stock, product risk or tenant deadline.

How quickly we usually reply
We monitor the inbox during normal working hours and aim to reply as quickly as possible, often within the same working day. Emergency call-outs are prioritised first, especially where stock, milk, meat or fresh produce may be affected.
For farm work and commercial sites outside Cape Town, response time depends on the location and the day’s route. In many cases we can arrange same-day attendance in Cape Town and nearby areas, while the Winelands and West Coast are usually scheduled as soon as access and travel allow.

We are based in Montague Gardens and regularly service refrigeration and aircon equipment in the wider Western Cape. Our work takes us from the city through the Winelands and out to the coast, so we can support both busy retail sites and remote farm operations.

Charlene Adams manages contract enquiries and schedules, while our technical team handles servicing, leak detection, coil cleaning, drain clearing, temperature logging, shutdown preservation and seasonal start-up. If you manage multiple sites, send one email with the list of locations and we will work through it from there.
We also assist with planned maintenance for shops and farms that need regular checks before busy trading periods or warm weather. Keeping records up to date makes it easier to spot problems early, which can save a lot of trouble later on.
